Information you give us when you book coaching, order meals, request catering, leave a review or contact us:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Fitness goals, experience level and preferred schedule
- Meal preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies (which may be considered health-related information)
- Event details such as date, location and guest count
- Reviews, ratings and messages you submit

3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide coaching, meal prep and catering services
- To prepare meals safely around your allergies and dietary needs
- To schedule sessions, pickups, deliveries and events
- To display approved reviews (first name only — never your email or full name)
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To comply with legal obligations
We only use sensitive data (such as allergy or health information) to deliver the service you requested, with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help run the website (hosting and secure database storage) and are bound to protect it, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your permission.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet legal requirements, then delete it. You may request deletion at any time.

To make a request, use our Delete My Information page or email hello@keepingupwithfitlex.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Maryland Attorney General's office.
9. Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site links to Instagram and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
